“Articles + Reviews”

what do we create?

Sports and Food. I am Andrew Petrino, I am an undergraduate student and college football player in Washington DC. This Brand started as a college business project but I am seeking to do much more. There are few things that allow you to express yourself like sports and food do. We all love to eat and most of us love sports: college sports, professional sports, playing sports. So if you share my passion for excellent food + sports or either one of them, you have come to the right place. Welcome To The Family.

>> Under “Categories” (which is found at the bottom of this page), you can access food reviews only under “Taste” and sports articles only under “Off The Bench”. This page will contain all posts together. <<

This was my second time at L’Ardente and while I ordered some of the items from my first visit such as their iconic…

  • “Martin’s Tavern”

Martin’s Tavern has been an institution in Georgetown in Washington DC since 1933. If you know me, you know I love a good throwback and I love a storied establishment with a rich history. To me, it adds an element of timeless class and tradition that one cannot fake. Martin’s is the oldest family-run restaurant…
